Updates and Slack Blogging

Many apologizes to my kind fellow bloggers, summer is upon me, and I tend to disappear, and find less time for online pursuits. In the only way I can make up for it, I shall give you the update all at once, besides what else is a person to do at 8:04 in the morning on a vacation day?

Update:

Vehicles: I am still enjoying my Corolla, especially now that I have learned how to drive the little tonka toy, and with gas prices on the rise, I am not complaining about my choice in cars. Yesterday, I believe I sold my beloved Impala, and the kid is to come back with the money today. I will miss that car dreadfully, especially since I just filled it up with gas and was going to take it to the cities on my vacation... now I have to drive my manual in the Cities!!!!!

Ex-Future Husband: I have reconsidered my injustice to Adam and given him a second chance to move up to Future Husband status again (of course he doesn't know about this). I went horseback riding with Adam once so far, and we have attempted to set other dates on horseback as well, but we have been having some difficulties with Mom's wishes and schedules. I am also going to Adam's fight in Wisconsin tomorrow, and then to the horse expo in the Cities with my Mom and Adam's Mom, but not Adam. I have also been hanging out with Adam's Mom almost daily. Who needs Adam any way, his Mom is more fun!

Boys: Not much to say, actually I am still apt to not fish, and I am more prone to simply abandon ship, although I must say one of those rare occurances happened the other day at work where a spark of interest was shown. I ran into one of those stop in your tracks good looking guys. Yikes, yeah I would just like to stare at that one for a while. He was on the phone though so I waved, and carried on my merry way. The next day during building checks I saw him again, and went up to talk to him, and he said "Hey, sorry I didn't introduce myself yesterday, I was on the phone. I am Nick." He then went on to ask many questions about me. *sighs* Unfortunately, he works in a different program, and the only times I would see him was during building checks, and I no longer do those. Oh well, there is still Adam to keep in mind because me and him would get along great, we would never see each other... yeah stick with Adam.

Work: I now work at Togo permenantly on Midnights with Saturday and Sunday off, which is truly Friday night and Saturday night off, so this will be a fun summer, and the first in four years where I have weekends off.... amazing, I don't know what I shall do.

Horses: I got bucked by Baron when I loped her or tried slowing her from a lope. She needed work, but now she is working beautifully, and she is a great jumper (much to my shagrin..... trees less then a foot of the ground do NOT require you to jump Three feet in excess of the tree!!!!!!!!!!). My Mom's horse caused a big headache for me, operating in 1st and 4th gear but not seeming to find 2nd or 3rd, and when I pressed the issue he bucked. Yes, lots of bucking this year, but I held on without falling, miracles do happen!! The funny thing is my new horse did not buck the first time I got on his back. Sheriff seemed annoyed, but put up with all that was required of him. Yes horse season.... I definitely will not be getting in much online time.

Extra: Other then that I have been working some overtime, helping out friends, and I have been sick because of my new medication... after some time to adjust and more horseback riding, all will be well with me!

There is your update, enjoy!

My Mom is an Expensive Date!!!!

SO I went down to Duluth to look at Trailer Houses and ended up coming back with a car?!??!?!??!?! I had no intention of buying a car, and I am not sure quite what happened there, but the great thing is I actually like the Tonka Toy!!!!! So anyone wanna buy a 2000 Chevy Impala LS with high miles (119,000), but WELL taken care of (as I am immaculate about that stuff), electric start, and power every thing (7,500 starting price, but I am willing to take offers)? Of course, maybe I should wait a while, since I don't quite now how to drive my 5 speed yet, and it may not last long........ hmmmmmmmmm....... Plus, the 2002 Toyota Corolla may not work out the best for living quarters and I may want to sell it..... hmmmmm.......
