How to avoid guys, tip #1 Don't take advice from me!

SO, after all my frustration with men, I decided I needed to get away, and what better way to get away from men then to visit three of them! So, I headed off to Bemidji to visit Matt, Javin, and Chad. What fun, I was back home in Bemidji again. I love that place, miss college, and definitely highly miss my beloved friends!

So I drove to Bemidji from Togo, MN at very fast speeds (well I was following the speed limit, but not the recommended cornering speeds). At one point, I was going down this very bumpy cornering road when I came around the corner and noticed 3 deer on the road at 60 miles an hour, so I slammed on the brakes, and much to my dismay there were many bumps and cars can't brake in mid air!!!!! So I let off the brake and came crashing down, and luckily the noise of my car falling to pieces scared the deer into the ditch (sheesh, close one)! Along I went cruising through the middle of no where, but I was excited because I hadn't been to Effie in a while, and I had never been to Northome, Turtle Lake, or Black Duck!!!!

I called my friend Jeremy and chitter chattered happily about my journey while screaming about the drivers going 50 in a 60 mile an hour zone!!! Were the five 60 mile an hour speed limit signs wrong or what?!??! You are not suppose to go UNDER the speed limit... GRRRRRRR..... SO eventually, I harassed Jeremy enough (calling him two times), and I let him go and arrived in Bemidji. I was so excited that I called Jeremy again!!!! So, I let Jeremy off the phone, and I called Javin and found my way to him, Chad, and Matt's home.

Matt and Javin where home so I chit chatted with them until Javin left, and then I chit chatted with Matt. The next day, me and Javin went on a date to breakfast (which we didn't know was a date until the end of the day). After breakfast, we went shopping for souvenirs for my friends back home (wherever my home is, I am not quite sure yet). Yes, I took the poor guy shopping, and he passed test number one. I even found a good exercise for Newsy News..... the block exercise. Cut off a small chuck of wood, throw the wood on the floor, and walk around it twice, then you can say you walked around the block twice (please post newsynews). Next, me and Javin rented a movie which I still don't know what happened in because after one and a half hours nothing had happened so we shut it off. After we shut off the movie, we talked about the day and I stated that I was going to hang out with Chad the next day, but I didn't want Chad thinking it was a date. Me and Javin talked about this, and we decided I could ward Chad off by telling him me and Javin went on a date, so at the end of the day we decided we had a date. So Chad showed up, and I was suppose to go roller skating with Chad, but we had to wait for Kyle (who I hadn't seen since college five years ago) to drop off a gun cabinet for Chad (not a very safe contraption if you ask me because there was no glass on the doors so you could pull the guns out, and Chad left the key in the cabinet, sees!). So, Kyle showed up and we all decided to go out for breakfast (YES, three guys all to myself for breakfast, who is complaining?). On the way out to breakfast, I talked about a monster truck show in the cities I wanted to go to, and Kyle agreed. Kyle stated we should go, and I thought that sounds like a great date. I agreed and we had two against two. Javin wanted to go, but had to work, and Chad whined about the drive (personally I don't believe he wanted the others encroaching on his date, but I decided I liked the new guy better). So, we decided to hold off reluctantly. We went out for breakfast, and Kyle continued to figure out expensive divided four or three ways for the monster truck show, but we still decided it wouldn't work. Come 12:30, Kyle realizes he was suppose to meet his brother for work at noon (an hour drive away), so Kyle calls his brother and states "I am running a little late." So, Kyle continues to run late, and sticks around longer gabbing. About the time Kyle probably finally started thinking about leaving, work calls Javin and states that they had some vehicles down and he didn't need to go to work after all. Hmmmm... we figured we had to leave at 1:00 at the latest and it was ten to 1:00, so we decided to go. By 1:15, we were out the door and gone. :) Off to the cities we go, only a five hour drive! We made the drive in less then three hours, and in a stage coach none the less, with very good breaks!!!! So since Kyle was the first to want to go, I decided he was my date. Kyle agreed as long as he got to hold my hand, and I figured why not.

SO, we got to the metrodome, bought the tickets and I sat down. Then.... Javin sat down next to me, and stole Kyle's seat. So I reached across Javin, and held Kyle's hand, and Javin put his arm around me, while Chad glared. Hmmmm... that wasn't working, so I decided to fix the problem and asked Kyle if he wanted to walk around and he said sure. So we walked around, and I held Kyle's hand, but after a bit, Kyle was preoccupied and Chad grabbed my hand.... oh well I thought. So I held Chad's hand until I got a look from Kyle. I quickly brushed Chad off, and went back to holding Kyle's hand, and explained for Chad that Chad saw that he was preoccupied, and was trying to help out and look after me. A little later, both Chad and Kyle got distracted, so I held Javin's hand. Next we went back to the monster truck show, and Javin decided to be nice and let me sit in between them. So I sat there and I looked back and both Kyle and Javin were glaring at each other behind me!!!!! So, I decided to hold neither one's hand!!!! Well later, I gave in and grabbed Kyle's hand, and Javin tried to snatch the other, so I went back to holding no one's hand once more. So the show ended, and the happy crew of 100% norweigns in the stage coach headed back to Brrrmidji Minnesota in the dead of the night or actually morning at that time.

The moral of the story: In order to hold many guys at bay, divide your attention equally amongst them, and then no one gets the upper hand, and no one knows for sure what is going on!

Point number 2: Kyle was running REALLY late for work that day!
